Associations are determined by high school boundaries. You must reside within the high school boundaries corresponding to the association you're playing for, or have a transfer to one of the direct feeder schools listed below.
Students that attend Thurston middle, Thurston elementary, Ridgeview, Riverbend and Walterville directly feed into Thurston high school. Students attending Agnes, Briggs, Mt. Vernon and Yolonda should check their address to determine which high school boundaries they fall within (Click HERE to go to boundaries lookup). Report cards will be used to verify school and/or address.
Per Willamette Valley Youth Football Rulebook, Part III, Article 2:
S1: The League will form associations by High School areas. Each Association has authority over all public, home and private schools within their boundaries.
S2: All Players must play within their association, otherwise the player will be considered ineligible, and the team will be subject to forfeiture of all games. Only the League President/Commissioner may authorize deviation from this rule.
